Graduated in 2004 placing first in his class at the University of Waterloo, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in political science and history. Graduated with first class honours, Bachelor of Laws, University of Ottawa Law School in 2008.
Masters Degree in International Affairs, conferred with distinction from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University in 2008.
Called to the Bar in 2009 and has experience in federal and provincial regulatory offences, environmental law and constitutional litigation.
Member of the Faculty of Law at The University of Ottawa Law School, where he teaches Advanced Criminal Law Advocacy.
