File Assessment Process
First-year applications are assessed on an on-going basis as soon as they are received from OLSAS. Decisions of the Admissions Committee cannot be appealed. All decisions are therefore final. The first Offers of Admission are sent in early January, with the bulk of the offers typically being made by May. However, files continue to be assessed and students are advised if they have been placed on the waiting list. As responses are received, new spots can open up until the very end of August.
The Admissions Committee includes professors and third-year students. Decisions are based on the data available at the time the file is reviewed. Documents received after a decision is taken will not be considered.
Please note that files are not assessed until they are complete and all required documents have been provided by the applicant to OLSAS.
All applicant files are destroyed at the end of the admission cycle. If you wish to re-apply during a subsequent year, you must submit an entirely new application including the required documentation to OLSAS.
