Anne London-Weinstein is a criminal defence lawyer in Ottawa. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1998 and has practiced criminal law exclusively both in Toronto and Ottawa. She has successfully argued at the Ontario Court of Appeal and, along with her partner Neil F. Weinstein, maintains a busy criminal law practice. Ms. Weinstein was an assistant crown attorney in Scarborough, Ontario and continues to do per diem prosecution work for the Crown Attorney"s Office in Pembroke, Ontario. Ms. Weinstein holds an LLM in criminal law and procedure (Osgoode). A former journalist, Ms Weinstein has an interest in media issues as they relate to the rights of an accused. Ms Weinstein will be teaching criminal law, evidence and criminal law advocacy this year.
