Jane Doe 2009 Conference

Student Round Table

About the Student Roundtable:

The student roundtable will critically examine how sexual assault law
and legal responses to the crime are taught in Canadian Law Schools. We
will look at major issues that arise from the textbooks that are used
in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Evidence or other classes
related to sexual assault in Canadian law schools.   To help form the
agenda please include the two or three areas/issues/gaps you would like
to see discussed.  Suggestions for agenda items will be tabled, but
without names or affiliations attached (unless desired) and any notes
or report that may/not emerge from this closed session will also be
prepared without names or affiliations attached.

Note: The student roundtable will take place during the lunch period on
Friday, March 6th so that participating students can attend other
panels.
