Information:

Ed Vandenberg is a partner with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Ottawa. He practises corporate and securities law with an emphasis on private equity financing and mergers and acquisitions. His practice concentrates almost exclusively on emerging technology companies and private equity funds.

Ed advises a wide range of Canadian and international clients in the technology sector, such as start-up and medium-size companies, as well as venture capital and institutional investors. Ed also advises clients in structuring private equity funds and labour-sponsored funds, and has acted for fund managers as well as investors.

Ed received his LLB and BCL degrees from McGill University in 1995. He articled in Vancouver and practiced there for two years before moving to Ottawa.
