Miss MacNeil is new to the faculty. She received her LL.B. from Dalhousie University’s Law School (2006), an LL.L. from the University of Ottawa (2007) and LL.M. from the University of Cambridge (2008). She has worked as a law clerk at the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. She will be teaching in the area of criminal law. She is co-author of “Immunities from Criminal Prosecution” published as chapter 11 of Robert J. Currie’s International & Transnational Criminal Law.
