Kevin R. Gray is currently Counsel at the Trade Law Bureau, Government of Canada , where he works on international trade negotiations and dispute settlement. He has an LL.M. from the London School of Economics as well as an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a B.A. from McGill University. He was the Senior Research Fellow in Public International Law and Human Rights at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law from 2001-2003 as well as an Associate Fellow at the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London, UK. He is currently teaching a course in public international law at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University. He has taught courses in international law, international economic law, and human rights at the London School of Economics and the School of Oriental and African Studies.
