Annual Thomas Feeney Lecture and 15th Anniversary of the Dispute Resolution Program
The Annual Thomas Feeney Memorial Lecture will take place on
Monday, January 9, 2012 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. in the Gowlings Moot Court (FTX 147). Mr. Douglas Melville, Ombudsman and CEO of Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI), will deliver the lecture, entitled “Serving the Public Interest: Resolving Banking Services and Investments Complaints.” A reception will follow celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Dispute Resolution and Professional Responsibility Program.
