Martin Olszynski
Part-time Professor
B.Sc., LL.B. (University of Saskatchewan), LL.M. (University of California at Berkeley), of the Bar of Ontario.
Martin Olszynski obtained both his B.Sc. (2002, major in biology) and LL.B. (2006) degrees from the University of Saskatchewan. Following his clerkship with the Honorable Justice Denis Pelletier of the Federal Court of Appeal, he joined the federal Department of Justice where he currently practices environmental law in the legal services unit at Fisheries and Oceans Canada. He has published several articles in environmental law and is currently co-editor, with Professors Marie-Ann Bowden and Martin Phillipson, of the Journal of Environmental Law and Practice. He also recently obtained his LL.M. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley, with a Certificate of Specialization in Environmental Law.
Professor Olszynski will be teaching Environmental Law in the Fall 2011 term.
