James McNamara (’73) Appointed to the Superior Court of Ontario

The Honourable James McNamara (’73), a lawyer with Marcus, MacNamara and Wilson in Ottawa was appointed as a Judge to the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario on July 31, 2008. An expert in civil litigation, Justice McNamara received his Bachelor of Arts from Loyola of Montreal in 1970, and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa in 1973.  He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1975.
