Alexander Wilkinson awarded the IRPP Constitutional Affairs Essay Prize
Alexander B. Wilkinson is the winner of this year’s Institute for Research on Public Policy (IRPP) second annual Constitutional Affairs Essay Competition. His entry, "Constitutional constraints: A case against Senate reform in Canada," will be published in the November issue of Policy Options.The IRPP essay competition was launched last spring by Policy Options magazine, with the support of Norton Rose and the Canadian Constitutional Affairs Conference.
