Robert Monti is a member of the Employment and Labour Law Groups at Nelligan O’Brien Payne.He joined the firm in 2006, after practising in employment, labour and litigation boutiques in the Ottawa area since his call to the Bar in 1993.
Robert represents employees and unions and has handled a wide variety of litigation matters on their behalf before the courts and arbitration boards, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Canada Industrial Relations Board. Robert also acts for complainants in human rights matters and appears on behalf of unions and their members in labour arbitration hearings.
