Terry Collins-Williams recently retired from the Public Service of Canada after a career of more than thirty years in the field of international trade and economic relations. During that time he participated as a principal negotiator in many of the key trade negotiations in which Canada has been involved over the last twenty years. Mostly recently, he was Deputy Chief Negotiator, as well as Lead Negotiator for Non-Agricultural Market Access, in the Doha Round of trade negotiations at the WTO.
