Justice David M. Paciocco

Justice Paciocco received his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1979 and Bachelor of Civil Law from Oxford University in 1981. He was awarded a Doctorate of Laws in 2005 from Laurentian University.
Justice Paciocco was appointed to the Ontario Court of Justice in September 2011.
He is also an internationally recognized expert in criminal law and procedure, having published more than 100 articles, written four books, and undertaken hundreds of presentations internationally at professional and judicial conferences.
